Hello everyone , hope you all are fine and doing great . I am getting bored and just want to step out . But it can’t be at this moment.
I am styling my old clothes in a new way and trying to find some interesting outfits.
Suddenly few days back I found two beautiful tant sarees in my mom’s wardrobe . My mom bought these sarees around 6-7 years ago.
Since childhood I am noticing that when my mom wears tant sarees she look so beautiful. But I felt that if i wear this type of saree , I will not look good that much . I don’t know why but I felt this way.
After styling those sarees I found that tant saree may look good on me too.
Tant saree is a traditional Bengali saree , originating from Bengal region and usually used by Bengali women . The term ‘tant’ refers to the handlooms in Bengal that are used to weave cotton sarees.
Do you gyus can remember ‘Sruti ‘( lleana D’Cruz) from the movie ‘Barfi’? She was looking heavenly beautiful in tant sarees . We can’t forget the elegance of her look .
Now , I am going to share how I styled those sarees .
Look 1
With the elegance of oxidized jewellery β₯οΈ
For the first look I went for a light green tant saree which has red border . I drapped myself in that saree followed by a sleeveless red blouse . Kept myself elegant with a heavy oxidized necklace and one bracelet . I completed this look with light eye makeup , red lip colour and open hair .
I didn’t use any earrings for this look. When you wear a heavy necklace then you should avoid earrings . I feel that it may give you a messy look sometimes .
You can carry this look at any family function .

Look 2
Like a touch of the nature πΉ
The second saree which I picked from my mamma’s wardrobe is in the shade off white and the border is golden colour . Then I opted for red blouse which has old bengali style design . I tried to look it simple. I did dramatic winged eye makeup. Here the hair style is very important part of this look . Recently I’ve fallen in love with hairbuns with gajra or any kinda flower in it . It really enhances the traditional look. So I made a simple loose bun hairstyle and add a fake flower in it . Believe me gyus this hair style gave me that charm what I thought about . Last I wore a red bindi. We, the Bengali girls know a red bindi can bring the elegance.

That’s it for today . Hope you will like this blog . See you soon a new blog .
Love β€
